Call Transferring

Light PBX's Call Transferring allows you to seamlessly transfer calls from your extension to your coworker's extension even if your coworker is out of town. Caller ID

Don't have time to answer every call. No problem. Now you can check who's calling before you answer. If a caller's number is blocked, our system can ask them to input their phone number before continuing with the call. Call Queuing

Callers will never hear a busy signal again! During busy hours, callers will be placed in an unlimited holding queue until they can be answered. Calls can be routed in seven ways:

• ring one: ring a particular employee
• ring all: ring all available employees until one answers
• round robin: take turns ringing each available employee
• least recent: ring the employee which was least recently called by this queue
• fewest calls: ring the employee with the fewest completed calls from this queue
• random: ring a random employee
• ring memory: round robin with memory, remember the last employee called
